AINA Investment Fund GP is a private limited company (société à responsabilité limitée) incorporated and existing under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and registered under RCS N° B 179182 (hereinafter AINA GP) acting in its capacity as General Partner of AINA Investment Fund, a Luxembourg investment company with variable capital (société d’investissement à capital variable) incorporated as a partnership limited by shares (société en commandite par actions), and registered under RCS N° B 179186 (hereinafter the SICAV). AINA GP and the SICAV have their registered office at 20, boulevard Emmanuel Servais, L-2535 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

The SICAV is an investment company with variable capital – specialized investment fund (société d’investissement à capital variable – fonds d’investissement spécialisé) organized under the form of a corporate partnership limited by shares (société en commandite par ction) under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg that is subject to the Luxembourg act of 13 February 2007 relating to specialized investment funds, as amended (the SIF Act). The SICAV is under the prudential supervision of the Luxembourg supervisory authority (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier, www.cssf.lu). This website is being made available exclusively, and the shares of the SICAV are exclusively reserved, to wellinformed investors within the meaning of the SIF Act. The laws and regulations of the country of the recipient of this document may include restrictions on the distribution of information in respect of the SICAV (the Information).
